Williamsburg, Brooklyn Photo: OTBs started closing in the city in and around 2008, fully closed by 2010. Fun for the neighborhood when they couldn't get to the racetrack. Now OTBs are just a fond memory for horseplayers. Part of racing history. Well there are always drives to Saratoga, Belmont and Aqueduct (nothing like live racing) - the animals are beautiful to watch.
